Frequently asked questions

How do I add a review platform?

Open Settings from the gear icon on your card, tap a platform under "Review Links," and paste your review link. You can add Google Business Profile, Facebook, Trustpilot, and Yelp.

How do customers actually leave a review?

They scan your card's QR code with their phone camera, or you send them the link directly by text, WhatsApp, or copy/paste — either way, it opens straight to your review page.

How do I change my default platform?

Open a platform's settings page and turn on "Default Platform." That's the card your app opens to first.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple, not in the app. Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Review Card, and cancel from there.

Is my data private?

Yes — your business details are stored on your device, and we don't collect anything about your customers. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
